AGITATors

TMI specialises in the design and manufacture of mixing devices for a wide range of production processes:
  • Homogenisation
  • Slurrying
  • Flocculation
  • Mixtures in general: : Liquid/liquid, Liquid/solid, Liquid/gas
To be able to supply the agitator exactly suited to a specific application, TMI designs its devices from 3 fundamental data: type of treatment, products treated and volume to be agitated. The mixer is determined with its technical characteristics. All stirring wheels produced by TMI are fitted with one or more thin-profile propellers, in order to obtain the best hydraulic efficiency while reducing energy losses. The types and profiles of these propellers are also designed in CAD by Autocad and Inventor (2D or 3D).

aerators

In order for biological water treatment systems to work properly, enough oxygen has to be introduced to allow the microorganisms to develop. Furthermore, effluent has to be mixed with bio-sludge that is held in suspension.
TMI surface aerators simultaneously perform these 3 functions of introducing oxygen, mixing effluent / sludge and maintaining in suspension. They are therefore particularly intended for the treatment of biodegradable wastewater originating from industries or urban communities.

reagents preparations

In addition to agitators and aerators, TMI also designs and develops a complete range of equipment for preparing flocculants in powdered and liquid forms.
Synthetic organic flocculants (polyacrylamides) are used in a number of industries.
